  1. Who we are

This platform is operated by CallMaimo Consulting Limited, registered in Cameroon under CMDLA032025B12-00384, tax identification M062517800509M, at 3630 Bepanda Omnisport, Douala, Cameroon. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the platform. Contact us at support@callmaimo.com or on WhatsApp at +237 670 621 229.

  1. What the platform does

We publish a database of scholarships, programmes and other international opportunities. We tell you which ones your profile meets the stated requirements for, what is missing, and we help you prepare your application. That is preparation support and information. It is not an application service, and it is not legal or immigration advice.

  1. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee admission, funding, a visa, a job, or any other outcome. Those decisions belong to universities, funders, embassies and employers, and nobody can promise them to you.

3.1. The opportunity information comes from third parties. Deadlines, requirements and links change without telling us, and some records are marked as unverified. Always confirm the details on the provider's own page before you apply or pay anyone. We label where each record came from so you can judge it yourself.

  1. Matching and AI features

Match results compare your profile against the requirements we hold for an opportunity. A result of "eligible" means your stored profile meets the requirements we could read. It is not a decision by the provider, and it is not a promise that you will be selected.

4.1. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft documents, summarise requirements or extract information. AI output can be wrong. Read anything it produces before you rely on it, and never submit it to an institution without checking it yourself.

  1. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. One account per person. Do not share your login. Everything you enter must be true and yours to share. You are responsible for what you submit to institutions. Documents and grades you upload for another person must be uploaded with their permission.

  1. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape or resell the opportunity database. Do not create fake accounts or abuse referral rewards. Do not use the platform to mislead anyone or to break the rules of the institutions you apply to.

  1. Plans and payment

Paid plans and their prices are shown at checkout. Prices differ by country. You pay in advance for the period shown, through our payment provider, and you receive a receipt by email for every successful payment.

7.1. Nothing renews automatically. We never charge your account again without you choosing to pay. Access ends when the period you paid for ends, unless you pay for another one.

7.2. If you intend to continue and your payment does not reach us in time, your plan stays active for a further 7 days so you are not cut off by a failed transfer. After that, the account returns to the Free plan.

  1. Cancelling and downgrading

Cancel any time from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing you saved is deleted when an account returns to the Free plan: your profile, documents and saved opportunities stay, and some features become unavailable until you subscribe again.

  1. Changes to features and prices

We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may change prices. Changes apply to your next purchase. We never change the price or the features of a period you have already paid for.

  1. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular for fraud, abuse of other users, or misuse of the database. Where we close an account for a serious breach, the remaining period is not refunded.

  1. Your data

We store the information you give us and the documents you upload in order to run the service. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, at support@callmaimo.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and your saved work.

11.1. If you are also a consultancy client, the documents you send us as part of that service are handled under the confidentiality terms of your consultancy agreement.

  1. Our responsibility

The platform is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not promise either without interruption.

12.1 We are not responsible for decisions made by any institution, embassy or employer, for money you pay to a third party, or for an opportunity that turns out to be closed, changed or fraudulent. Where we are found responsible for something, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the platform in the 12 months before the claim.

12.2. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you and does not allow us to remove.

  1. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes go to the competent courts of Douala. We publish these terms in English and French; if the two versions differ, the English version applies.
